Recycling is not just a great philosophy, it makes economic sense too too. People have recycled almost everything in their lives for thousands of years. It’s only been in the last fifty or so, that we’ve lost sight of the “waste not, want not” point of view.  Back then, recycling was driven by necessity, but when prosperity became the norm, our landfills began to burgeon with discarded but useful items. Today we are driven by the need to protect our fragile ecosystem, as well as the necessity of keeping our financial houses in better order.  That’s where Home Re-use-ables can help.  Our company acts as a go between from sellers to buyers for top quality building materials.

Where did you get that?

Home Re-use-ables has many sources of materials, including…You!  When you’re renovating, give us a call and let us know what kind of materials you are removing. You can either bring it to us, or use our free pickup service. Other sources of our material include renovation companies, manufacturers who sell us new and used material, shipping company freight returns, demolition companies who call us in to salvage before houses and commercial outlets are demolished, and even auction houses. We also deal with commercial enterprises which are undergoing a face lift.

The materials we bring through Home Re-use-ables range from brand new to turn of the century . Most of what we carry is building materials, but we can’t resist the odd curiosity and have had a long list of wonderfully eccentric material. After all, shopping should be fun.

Materials

If you can build a house with it, we will carry it at a small fraction of the new price. We are great source for doors of all eras, and all types. There are hundreds of them here. Windows of every kind from antique wood to modern triple glazed, argon filled vinyl units. We have everything you need for the bathroom from tubs to showers to toilets, vanities, and all the small pieces like G.F.C.I. plugs, toilet roll holders and commercial bathroom parts as well

Anyone who has ever renovated knows some materials are impossible to get new.
